doing the calculation myself i would say that x^2 = 2x...so for the den we have 2x
the num stays the same e^x

so i would finalize the answer to be:

e^x/2x ......... this is wrong because ((((pls explain)))

Sorry about this very late reply. The person monitoring this post must no longer be doing this, and did not transfer the alert system to me. Here is my response:

When you differentiate e^x/x^2 you have to use the quotient rule. Thus you get

[(d/dx)(e^x)*x^2 -(d/dx)(x^2)*e^x]/(x^2)^2 which you can then work out. I hope this helps.
