please post the solution for this one, i don't know what to do.
Here is what you should do to think this through: Ask yourself 'If f(x) = 1/x, as it is in this question, what is f(a)? and what does f(a+b) look like? and what about f(a+Dx)? Sorry, but I can't make the little triangle on this bulletin board, so I replaced it with D. I think with these hints you should be able to decide. Keep asking if you cannot.
